How much do self-adhesive paper labels cost? Sample prices

Prices are for full-colour printing (CMYK 4+0), with labels guillotine-cut to size and standard adhesive. For example, 1000 labels measuring 50 × 50 mm cost €23.84 net.

There is no minimum quantity – the minimum order value is €11.35 net.

What are paper labels suitable for?

For products that are not exposed to the weather for long periods – for example in the food, catering and cosmetics industries. For outdoor use, vinyl labels are a better choice.

How do you print paper labels?

On a Konica Minolta digital printing press – in black and white or full colour. We guillotine-cut them to size or contour-cut them to any shape.

How long does order fulfilment take?

Typically 5–7 working days from artwork approval – closer to the upper end during peak season. Urgent orders can be completed in as little as 1 working day: call us (+48 570 090 540) or send us a message before placing your order, and we will confirm the turnaround time.

Can you design the label for me?

We prepare a free visual proof before printing. If you don't have ready-made artwork, we can create a custom graphic design – from €35 net.

What file format should I send?

Ideally PDF, AI or CDR (with text converted to curves), or high-resolution JPG/PNG. We will check your file before printing.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship by courier (usually DPD) to customers in Poland and abroad. The cost of international shipping depends on the destination country and the size of the parcel – we will include it in your quote. You can also collect your order in person from our premises in Zbrudzewo near Śrem, Poland (ul. Śremska 7b, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00).

Do prices include VAT?

All prices shown are net prices. For EU businesses with a valid EU VAT number, we issue reverse-charge invoices (without Polish VAT); for all other customers, 23% VAT is added.
