How much does UV printing on rigid boards cost? Example prices
Prices are for single-sided full-colour printing, including material and cutting to size. For example, a 3 mm acrylic glass (plexi) sign measuring 50 × 70 cm costs €33.70 net, and a 3 mm Dibond sign measuring 100 × 70 cm costs €42.05 net.

Printing with a white underlayer or backlit printing on acrylic, double-sided printing, CNC routing, drilled holes and lamination affect the price – you can calculate these in the calculator above.
Frequently asked questions
Which materials do you UV print on?
On 3 and 5 mm foam PVC, 3 mm Dibond (aluminium composite panel) and 3 and 8 mm acrylic glass (plexi). On acrylic we can print on the front or the reverse side, including with a white underlayer.
What is the maximum UV print size?
Our UV printer has a print area of 250 × 130 cm. We print orders from just 1 piece.
When should I choose Dibond and when PVC?
Dibond is rigid and durable – ideal for shop signs and outdoor signage built to last for years. PVC is cheaper and lighter – suitable for indoor use and shorter-term outdoor display. Acrylic is the choice for elegant signs and premium shop signage.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval – towards the upper end during peak season. Urgent orders can be completed in as little as 1 working day: call us (+48 570 090 540) or send us a message before placing your order and we will confirm the deadline.
Can you design the sign for me?
We prepare a visual proof before printing free of charge. If you don't have ready-made artwork, we can create a bespoke graphic design – from €38 net.
What file format should I send?
Ideally PDF, AI or CDR (with text converted to curves), or high-resolution JPG/PNG. We check every file before printing.
How much does delivery cost?
We ship by courier (usually DPD) to customers in Poland and abroad. The cost of international shipping depends on the destination country and parcel size – we will include it in your quote. You can also collect your order in person from our premises in Zbrudzewo near Śrem, Poland (ul. Śremska 7b, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00). Boards with a longer side exceeding 120 cm are quoted individually, including transport.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are net prices. EU businesses with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism (without Polish VAT); for all other customers, 23% VAT is added.
